First day, great welcome, great punch 😜. The waiters and the owner were friendly and helpful. We went back the next day and weren't disappointed. Very good value for money. I recommend it.

24/02/2026: A wonderful time with the family. Raclette, tartiflette, and Bérengère's tagliatelle were all excellent. Special mention to our waitress who was very kind and helpful.
19/02/2026: The staff were very welcoming, the food was wonderful, simple, efficient, and very good – it's a pleasure to still have restaurants like these.

02/04/2026: Excellent smoked raclette! The portions were perfect, we thoroughly enjoyed it! The service was fantastic. We'll definitely be back!
06/03/2026: Our go-to spot!! We stumbled upon Stem on the first day of our stay for lunch, and ended up eating there almost every day of the week!! The food is delicious, the service is impeccable, and the terrace is perfectly situated at the foot of the ski slope, allowing us to stay in the sun while the children played in the snow or went sledding down the slope! I highly recommend this place! Thanks to the team, and see you next year!!
