The menu is varied, everything is homemade and fresh, the service is impeccable, and the whole team is very kind and attentive. The terrace has a lovely view, making it very pleasant for an evening meal. A nice touch was the bowl of water that was brought for our dog without us even asking.
I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

09/03/2026: I went to this bar for a stand-up comedy night I was attending. First of all, the setting is absolutely gorgeous. The service is top-notch; Oscar is super friendly and immediately puts you at ease. In general, the whole team is great. And as for the menu, there's a really wide selection: platters, open-faced sandwiches, etc. They even have crepes outside, perfect for winter bodies. The bar seems to never close, lol, only the 24/7 pizza vending machine is always busy. But I think what really sets Rhodos apart is the atmosphere. You feel like you're with family, on a special occasion. And it makes you want to party there every day!

27/06/2026: The manager, Lionel, is incredibly friendly. The bar boasts a wide variety of high-quality, homemade rums! Not to mention the carefully curated playlist. What more could you ask for?!

05/07/2026: A truly gourmet restaurant that we've frequented for several years and have never been disappointed. The welcome and service are impeccable and always friendly. The quality of the dishes is perfect in terms of both presentation and taste. Excellent value for money!
First set of photos: €38 menu and second set of photos: €56 menu. Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in the region.

26/07/2026: We came during the village festival. A more challenging time for a restaurant, especially one that has to cater to a large crowd. Not disappointed at all. Impeccable service and a superb meal. We had a wonderful time!
14/07/2026: We came one evening, a party of five. We arrived at 7:45 pm… our food was ordered at 8:30 pm, okay, it was busy… and served at 9:25 pm…
I'll let you look at the photos of the plates.
Roasted Camembert €18 (tiny and I doubt it was Camembert, 2 slices of sausage, 1 slice of cured ham, and we had to ask for potatoes because they were forgotten)
Tagliatelle Bérangère €16 (tasteless)
Cordon bleu, coquillettes €17 (generous portion but the coquillettes were overcooked)
Bavette steak €24 (okay, nothing special)
No more steak knives at 9:30 pm!! Seriously!!
They really need to rethink their kitchen organization!
The two young waiters are doing their best and running around everywhere, good luck to them because the season has only just begun!
In conclusion, the management is nonexistent, and this is reflected in the restaurant, which is otherwise well-located and pleasant.
NO, we will not be returning.

11/07/2026: It's a shame they couldn't accommodate 12 people, including 5 older children. Two tables of 6 is quite common in a crêperie.
The previous owners welcomed us with pleasure in previous years.
11/07/2026: The food (burger) was very tasty, and the price was perfectly reasonable. Only the seating arrangements take some getting used to.

01/07/2026: Excellent restaurant offering delicious regional specialties (vegetarian options available, thank you! 👍🏻). We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish!
The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, the decor is beautifully done with a true mountain chalet feel, and the staff is welcoming and friendly.
A truly wonderful place that we highly recommend!

13/06/2026: A cute cabin in the mountains right next to Col de Joly, which is a stunning view point. The food was simple compared to other cabins, but they took into account our personal food preferences. The owners helped us find a solution to a hiking problem that we had to face the day after our overnight stay due to snow, and ended up giving us a ride to the nearby village because we couldn't find a solution. The shower and toilet are connected to the bedroom, which helped when it rained, but the equipment room is separate from the bedroom, which makes it difficult to bring equipment, especially since the equipment room is locked at night. There are 2 shower cubicles and one toilet cubicle inside one of them, and it's a shame to use the wifi, which is only used for the credit card payment system, and it's a shame there's no cell phone reception. The view is stunning

21/07/2026: The owners were not very pleasant. The food was of an indescribable quality. The gnocchi were sour, as if doused with vinegar. The pasta was like a sauce from a bag, not even a uniform mass. It seemed weighed.

25/01/2025: Nous y sommes allés la veille de notre départ des contamines . Pas déçus du tt .
Très bons plats la quantité et la qualité tout était parfait .
Le personnel adorable surtout la plus jeune serveuse avec sa voix qui chante 🤗🤗.
Petit bémol . On avait pas fini notre apéro que nos plats étaient déjà servis . On comprend le personnel et les 2 services du soir mais nous , nous sommes en vacances. J ai pas pu déguster le trop bon cocktail à la myrtille…
Mais je recommande cet établissement à 100% .

22/03/2024: Superb place, very beautiful and very well located, this hotel is perfect for a stay in Les Contamines. Breakfast is very good, lots of choice. Thank you again for your welcome and your kindness. We will come back.
25/02/2024: Stayed for a week for our ski trip and absolutely loved it. Family chose the hotel for nostalgic reasons and I’d love to come back for when we have little ones to complete tradition. The host and hostess were very friendly and compliments to the chef for the very nice meals we had during our stay. The rooms were lovely and cosy and the ambience fits an alpine lodge, absolutely perfect. The views out the window were fantastic and magical. The living room was also a nice place to hang around where you can order drinks from the bar or some nibbles. Overall, an amazing stay and planning to come back hopefully next ski season ⛷️ ❤️
