Decent cuisine but far from what we knew; the only real disappointment was the dessert which did not have the expected taste (banana bread? poached peaches?…)! Very pleasant service! We knew the V’Four was crowded, there the atmosphere was more than calm…. I cannot recommend any of the dishes below named since they were not presented to us…

Wonderful discovery of this setting in the center of Nancy. Taken over for a good year by Tony and Matthieu, young and talented chefs. We chose the discovery menu: an appetizer, two starters, two main courses with a middle course, a pre-dessert and a dessert with wine accompaniment. The young chefs took us on a journey of gourmet discoveries of original flavors and textures. For a good time, I recommend the discovery menu.

Very pleasant meal both in terms of the products served and their presentation on the plate and a very warm welcome from the people responsible for the service. A small downside for the dish containing Serrano which turned out to be a little too salty.

Banal et cher pour ce que c’est devenu. Les anciens propriétaires manquent cruellement. C’était une adresse de qualité avant, peu d’intérêt à présent.

Réservation en couple pour le dimanche de pâques, réussite totale tant au point de vue service que gastronomique. Menu spécial pâques en 5 plats, un régal de l'entrée au dessert. A refaire

16/12/2024: Well located in the city center, this well-known restaurant in Nancy has lived up to its reputation and you must reserve for a Saturday evening. Unbeatable value for money at €30 for a starter-main course-dessert menu, with all the menu options being mastered and tasty. We had the foie gras and lamb spring rolls as a starter, the duck parmentier and the lamb shank as a main course, and finally the crème brûlée and chocolate fondant for dessert. The service is impeccable and friendly. The atmosphere is simple without fuss, but we go there with pleasure to (re)discover the menu and this Nancy institution. I highly recommend!

07/09/2024: Originally from Alsace, we have just been invited by our family for a birthday. This is a very nice discovery. We are quite demanding and quite critical. The meal was very good but more plentiful. The staff is dynamic, pleasant and professional. Only downside, a little noisy. We highly recommend. It's a very nice address
