We were delighted with our evening. Everything is done to ensure your enjoyment, from the food (chicken ballotine, the best baba I've ever had) to the service. The setting is very pleasant. A truly wonderful experience.

It wasn't a new discovery... Once you eat at V'Four, you'll want to come back. It's perfect. The dishes are beautifully presented, harmonious, and balanced. The taste is an explosion of delicate flavors, showcasing seasonal produce at its finest. The service is discreet, efficient, and always friendly. An address to keep in mind for all occasions. And what's more, the menu is reasonably priced. It only has 5 stars, but if it had more, I'd give it more. You'll want to come back... I've been back! Always with the same pleasure. A quiet place where you don't overhear conversations from neighboring tables. Service that's always attentive. On the plate this time, a delicious salmon gravlax as a starter, and for dessert, a delicate and moist carrot cake. A restaurant that lives up to its promises. Thank you! 🥂

An excellent restaurant in Nancy that deserves to be better known. The cuisine is exceptional. Every dish, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert, is cooked with precision. Each ingredient is showcased, and you can taste each element individually, as well as in the combinations. Few restaurants master this. Each dish was a discovery, perfectly seasoned, and visually stunning. The ingredients are of the highest quality—flawless in both appearance and taste. Special mention goes to the house mirabelle plum cocktail—the best I've ever had! I also want to thank the chefs. I booked the special New Year's menu. There were three of us, and the chefs accommodating our dietary needs, which isn't always the case in restaurants. The modified dishes were just as substantial, generous, flavorful, high-quality, and visually appealing as the original menu. Thank you for everything. The setting is beautiful and very comfortable; you feel right at home. The service was exemplary, with a special mention for Léa who served us with a smile and kindness throughout the meal. She is very professional and knows how to make your experience enjoyable while delivering wonderful dishes. My sincere congratulations to the chefs and to Léa. My only regret is not having gone sooner! A restaurant worthy of Nancy, thank you.

Beautiful cuisine. A bit pricey, and the waiter was only moderately welcoming. The back room is accessed by going outside, which is odd. But the dining room itself is warm and inviting. The foie gras was perfect, the scallops were good, but the accompaniments were strange, in my opinion. The chicken supreme was a little dry, but the foie gras sauce was very nice. The cheese platter was fairly basic, but I think it changes regularly. The wine list and whisky selection are exceptional. A bit expensive, but definitely worth trying.
