Really nice place for local cuisine! The host is so friendly haha. I'm glad my french speaking partner was around for ordering. We got coffees to start. Good coffee! We got a terrain and gazpacho for starters. Both were delicious! For mains we got the rissoto and the fish. I got a little confused about the fish because it was mashed in with potatoes and for some reason I thought it would be a fillet of fish with vegetables...but I think my partner got confused and ended up ordering something else. It was still very yummy! Would recommend! I wish I had space for dessert. Would love to come back with more appetite 😋 Oh, also recommend getting reservations with phone.

Absolutely fantastic! A restaurant just the way we like them. Bistro-style cuisine, respecting the ingredients and elevating them. The desserts are incredible. The very friendly chef is as attentive to your needs as he is in the kitchen, showcasing his dishes beautifully. A wonderful discovery at a very good price. I highly recommend it.

The person who greeted us accepted our table of 5 even though they were closing about 35 minutes later! A very warm welcome, excellent food, efficient service – absolutely nothing negative to say. We highly recommend it!

A wonderful Valentine's Day discovery, just a 5-minute walk from Nancy thermal baths (via a stroll through the wooded park). The chef is welcoming, the cuisine is sophisticated, and the presentation is beautiful. Excellent value for money. Thank you for this very enjoyable meal.

11/07/2026: A wonderful discovery at V’Four, a romantic dinner for two with my partner! The presentation of the dishes was particularly refined: the sea bass fillet with its crispy skin, candied cherry tomatoes, and grilled fennel was a true delight, both visually and in terms of taste. The beef carpaccio, enhanced with parmesan shavings, arugula, sun-dried tomatoes, and olives, was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The beef tartare, accompanied by carrot purée and caramelized red onions, offered a lovely sweet and savory balance. For dessert, we were captivated by the chocolate petits fours with whipped cream and caramel shards, as well as the roasted peaches with a crumble topping, which were meltingly tender and fragrant. The artisanal bread and attentive service completed a wonderful experience. An ideal spot for a romantic dinner, offering creative cuisine and high-quality ingredients. We will gladly return to V’Four!

28/07/2026: Excellent products, you can really feel the emphasis on quality (despite the slightly high price)! However, having been there several times, my friends and I noticed a few issues with our orders: - a forgotten order of fries (which was sorted out, thanks to the MANDA team) - a chicken sandwich that turned into a salmon sandwich - And the highlight of the show, a chicken sandwich WITHOUT chicken (what a blunder in a CHICKEN sandwich!) (€12 for bread and raw vegetables!! That's expensive!!!) Basically, go to Mandarine but order something other than a chicken sandwich. Nevertheless, we had better luck with the salads where all the changes were made! Review written by 5 people, based on several meals
