Le V-Four sur Nancy

A wonderful discovery at V’Four, a romantic dinner for two with my partner! The presentation of the dishes was particularly refined: the sea bass fillet with its crispy skin, candied cherry tomatoes, and grilled fennel was a true delight, both visually and in terms of taste. The beef carpaccio, enhanced with parmesan shavings, arugula, sun-dried tomatoes, and olives, was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The beef tartare, accompanied by carrot purée and caramelized red onions, offered a lovely sweet and savory balance. For dessert, we were captivated by the chocolate petits fours with whipped cream and caramel shards, as well as the roasted peaches with a crumble topping, which were meltingly tender and fragrant. The artisanal bread and attentive service completed a wonderful experience. An ideal spot for a romantic dinner, offering creative cuisine and high-quality ingredients. We will gladly return to V’Four!

We were a group of eight for lunch at VFour in the old town, between Grande Rue and Place St.-Epvre. The value for money was excellent, as were the food and service. Definitely worth a visit!

As usual, there's nothing to criticize about this restaurant except for the quality of the welcome, the service, the well-balanced dishes, and the subtlety of the flavors. We will definitely return on our next visit to Nancy.
