The dishes were very beautiful and well-presented.
The egg was perfect, visually stunning; tasty but a little bland.
The sole was a disappointment as it was frozen; the breading was good, but the sole itself was tasteless.
The advertised side dish was pea purée. The pea purée was hidden under four potatoes and carrots; it would have been customary to list these on the menu. The carrots were excellent, the pea purée very good, and the potatoes were good. The service was cordial, perhaps lacking a little warmth/smile. The setting was clean and tidy, but lacking a bit of warmth.

The lunch special, a risotto, was excellent. Not at all boring. Creamy yet perfectly al dente. Aromatically mild with a touch of spice from the chorizo. The accompanying fish was perfect.

As mentioned in person this Sunday, I highly recommend this place.

What a great find! 👍 Passing through Nancy with friends, we had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant.
On the lunch menu:
- Two giant salads that truly live up to their name (they were hard to finish).
- A croque monsieur with potato toes that made me fall in love with croque monsieur again (generous and delicious).
- For dessert, a delicious brioche with baked apples.
The service was impeccable, friendly, and professional.
The set menu (main course and dessert) was offered at the exceptional price of 16 euros. Incredible! 👍
