We were very well looked after by Alejandro! And the food was excellent.

As a regular customer who lives in the neighborhood, it's always a real pleasure to come to Le Vauban with my wife. The food is consistently excellent; we enjoy it every time. A big thank you to the whole team: the servers are incredibly kind, always friendly and attentive. Special mention to Xavier, always on top form with his cheerful disposition! A must-visit in Saint-Jean-de-Luz!

A wonderful lunch with friends thanks to the typical dishes: baby squid, Basque black pudding, and Basque desserts—a real treat! All this in a relaxed atmosphere on this shaded little square. Thank you to Alexandre for the impeccable service and the witty banter. We'll be back!
