Le Vauban sur Antibes

It was really delicious and the staff were very friendly! I've already been twice for the market menu and I'll definitely go back if I have the chance.

A wonderful discovery at Le Vauban. From the moment we arrived, we appreciated the warm welcome, the quality of the service, and the tranquil atmosphere in a very pleasant setting. The three-course lunch menu at €32 offers excellent value for money. The dishes are beautifully presented, showcasing refined, flavorful, and modern cuisine. Each course is elegantly presented and prepared with great finesse. We also appreciated the option of pairing our meal with two glasses of wine for €15, perfect for fully enjoying the menu without having to choose the wines ourselves. Our only slight reservation that day was that the dessert seemed a little less impressive than the other two courses in terms of flavor. However, this is very subjective and doesn't detract from the overall quality of the meal. A very good experience, both in terms of the food and the service. We highly recommend this restaurant!

One of the best restaurants in Antibes. The place is beautiful and well-kept, the service very attentive and friendly, but the cuisine truly enchanted us. We ordered the Vauban menu for €49 and ate divinely: bread and butter with limine confit, homemade foie gras, duck breast, and dessert... truly excellent, both the food and the value for money. Absolutely not to be missed, and we'll definitely be back. 💫 Bravo☺️

We just had the tasting menu for 55 Euro..just go..great food and great service..a magnificent variety of flavors.. Revisited in August 2026..the tasting menu delicious and now 59 euro..no problem..one slight problem was we asked for tap water..we were charged 10 euro for 2 bottles of tap water poured into some type of wine bottle..no brand name ..so the food and service were outstanding..just stop charging people for tap water ..I would have left a nice tip for service but Management policy in billing was at fault..the owner has to stop charging for water from the sink..thanks

Disappointing experience. The atmosphere felt quite plain and the service was far below what I expected from a restaurant with such strong reviews—no smiles, no offer of another drink or coffee, and overall the staff seemed tired. The food was good overall, but some courses, especially the fish and dessert, were not at the expected level. Honestly, it felt more designed for American tourists than for locals. For the reputation and price, I expected much more. I have this feedback to the personal before leaving… they just said okay well noted !!!!

Part of the Michelin Guide selection in Antibes, Le Vauban serves traditional French cuisine with a lovely touch of the South. 🇫🇷✨ For the starter, I had the crab with peach, and I was pleasantly surprised by how beautifully these two ingredients worked together. A simple combination, but very well balanced. For the main course, I chose the duck breast with spinach and peach. The duck was beautifully cooked, with perfectly crispy skin, the right temperature, and excellent seasoning. 🦆 For dessert, I went for the homemade banana ice cream with chocolate brownie and light caramel cream. The ice cream was delicious, although the brownie was a little too sweet for my taste. Still, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. The restaurant was quite busy, and although the staff seemed a little stressed, they remained very friendly and attentive. The dining room was also rather lively, with a large table of eight next to us, which made conversation a little difficult for a late dinner. Overall, we ate very well and found the experience to be great value for money. I’d definitely come back to Le Vauban for another enjoyable meal in Antibes! 🍽️

Excellent, well-executed cuisine, a €49 menu with plenty of choice and a well-designed wine list with reasonable prices: a very good choice in Antibes, we will be back!
