This restaurant is a gastronomic gem, don't miss it!!! It's truly exceptional, and I highly recommend a visit. You'll receive a warm welcome and attentive service from the owner. The interior is a veritable little museum, from the entrance to the restrooms; it's charming and tastefully decorated with objects that reflect the past and a convivial atmosphere.
The view of the port is lovely. We enjoyed an incredibly refined seafood sauerkraut there, with exceptional flavor and quality.
Honestly, if you're ever in Vannes, don't hesitate. We wholeheartedly recommend "Le Vent d'Est," and thank Yves again for his wonderful welcome and excellent service.

A truly wonderful discovery! Everything was absolutely fantastic, from the welcome to the food. The dishes were delicious and prepared with great care. The waitress and the chef were lovely, very kind and welcoming. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back! I highly recommend this restaurant.

A must-try in Vannes! We had an absolutely delightful time at Vent d'Est. Everything was excellent, from the appetizer to the dessert: flavorful dishes, beautifully presented and prepared with care.
The service was very pleasant, both efficient and attentive. A special mention goes to the owner, who is truly friendly and welcoming, giving this restaurant a warm and authentic atmosphere. A real gem, we highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

We stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant by chance. The owner's welcome was excellent, the atmosphere was great, the portions were generous and very hearty, and the overall decor was quite surprising. We could have spent all our time admiring the walls adorned with advertising signs and other vintage items that took us back to our childhood, all to the soundtrack of 60s and 70s songs. Thank you so much, and we look forward to returning! 😀
