A superb restaurant in Vannes, very well located next to the market halls. Friendly and efficient service. Generous and excellent dishes, delicious desserts. A special mention (yet another one!) for the burger served in puff pastry.

Once again, we were delighted with our visit to Le Derrière in Vannes! It wasn't our first visit, and certainly not our last. A truly wonderful place, with a warm atmosphere, high-quality products, and above all, truly excellent cuisine. Special mention also goes to the service: welcoming, attentive, and very pleasant from beginning to end. An address I wholeheartedly recommend, and where we will return with great pleasure! Whether with friends, as a couple, or with family, there's something for everyone to share a special moment there.

15/08/2026: Fantastic! The welcome, the service, the meal was delicious. A pleasant atmosphere, a vintage decor that takes us back to our memories—honestly, well done! 17/08/2026: Excellent establishment; we eat there every time we come to Vannes. Never disappointed, refined cuisine. Friendly staff.
15/08/2026: We returned after an excellent first experience last year and were a little disappointed. The welcome was less warm, perhaps due to our 1:30 pm reservation. Speaking of which, avoid that time! If you want an aperitif, you'll have to be quick and place your order rapidly because the kitchen closes at 2 pm. Similarly, you'll need to rush your coffee and bill because the restaurant closes in 10 minutes. A bit rushed for a family lunch! In this case, perhaps it would be better to stop taking reservations earlier so that customers can enjoy their lunch in peace. The waitress was discreet but efficient! A carafe of water was brought spontaneously, which was lovely in the heat.
