A wonderful discovery! We made a quick stop at this restaurant as a family with a 10-year-old, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We even managed to get a picky eater to eat cooked carrots! 😄 Beautiful cuisine made with fresh ingredients, a cozy atmosphere with lovely decor, and impeccable service! Thank you!

I had never been to Vert Mi Sel before and I discovered a superb place. Colorful, generous, and above all, delicious dishes—traditional and gourmet cuisine. The service is very friendly and the atmosphere is calm. I highly recommend this place!

It is in the quiet corner of Valence that a restaurant nestles, capable of restoring the prestige of the great cuisine of the beloved Auguste Escoffier. If you wish to savor—and I insist, there is no more fitting word—a culinary delight worthy of the finest chefs, served with simplicity and humility, then Le Vert Mi-Sel should be your next gastronomic destination. The waitstaff is absolutely remarkable: proud of their establishment, attentive, and genuinely happy to present the creations of a chef with a truly magical touch. Few cooks still know how to breathe their soul into their dishes; here, this magic happens with every plate. I had the immense honor of enjoying an exceptional menu, conceived and executed by a team of rare talent. A delicate amuse-bouche: a silky hummus, enhanced with a hazelnut crumble as subtle as it was elegant. A generous starter: perfectly prepared foie gras, enhanced by its garnish and delicate flavor. A duck breast of absolute precision, generously served, bursting with flavor and originality. And finally, a revisited vacherin with hints of tarte Tatin, carried by a pastry cream so light it almost makes you forget that a dessert or a starter and main course would have been enough to be truly satisfied. I am a former chef, tormented for 12 years by the harsh realities of this profession. And tonight, this establishment, this team, this Chef reminded me why this profession is, despite everything, an extraordinary one. Thank you for these emotions. Thank you for this culinary poetry. A truly welcoming restaurant, with cuisine that was both traditional and inventive; we had a wonderful time. Open on Sunday lunchtimes, which isn't common in Valence! Thank you for this birthday meal filled with thoughtful touches!

A great restaurant for both business and personal lunches. Service tailored to the customer's needs. The staff are very friendly, and the setting is lovely. The food is very good. I recommend it without hesitation.
