We ate here last night. Luckily, we were able to get a table without a reservation. The staff are very friendly and speak good English, in case you don't speak French. I had the cordon bleu. It was very tasty, filled with bacon, onion, and Saint Marcellin cheese. My boyfriend had the ravioli in truffle sauce. Also very good, although he would have liked the portion to be a bit bigger. Or a salad on the side, for example. Otherwise, we had a great meal.

A restaurant we love to come to for the outdoor seating. The food is very good. The service is very friendly. The only downside is the fries... fresh fries could be a nice touch... or homemade would be even better. That's all! Come and try them!

A very nice place in a cozy square. I had the cordon bleu, which was really delicious with flavorful cheese.
The only annoying thing was the young, stressed-out employee. She seemed unfriendly and snappy. I didn't feel welcome. This shouldn't be the case. Her colleague, on the other hand, was attentive and friendly. I hope for L'Etage's sake that the woman was simply having a bad day.

Great brasserie! We had a wonderful meal: excellent hand-cut beef tartare, and a truly high-quality children's menu. As a bonus, the waiter was lovely! All in a pleasant setting.

Brasserie restaurant on Place des Cercs in Valence. You can eat inside or outside; excellent service and a great atmosphere. It's located in a square full of restaurants and bars where you can have lunch, dinner, and cocktails (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Highly recommended for trying typical local cuisine.

The waiter was fantastic, very helpful and attentive, unlike the other two waitresses who didn't lift a finger. He managed the dining room, the outside, and the upstairs all by himself; it's almost superhuman, but he's incredibly dedicated. Hats off to him!
