Excellent welcome, fresh produce, perfect cuisine and professional service.

The salad (19.90) was delicious (although 120.00 francs is still a bit steep) and my partner... The set menu (26.90) was perfect, except for the frozen desserts, which were a bit disappointing. A nice touch... A wide selection of wines by the glass was available. The welcome and service were warm and friendly.

Group meal Saturday evening: great welcome, attentive and humorous waiter, generous and high-quality cuisine, warm atmosphere in the restaurant, I highly recommend it!

In our opinion, this disappointing experience doesn't reflect the level of other reviews. If you're expecting gourmet or refined cuisine, you're likely to be disappointed. On the plus side, the waitress was very kind.

A good dining experience, the food was excellent. A bit of a surprise with the service was the waitress, who told us she wasn't used to serving food, so she didn't know the daily special. We sometimes didn't get along well, but there were no errors in the service.

In an alleyway in Foix, you will receive a lovely welcome. A unique setting. Generosity is on the plate. If you have the cassoulet on the menu, go for it, but on the other hand, you will not have any room left because it is so generous. It will also be suitable for fussy appetites. Very fair price ratio. Thank you.

While passing through Foix, we found the address of this restaurant on the town's tourist office. Located in the small streets of the town, not far from the castle. We didn't wait; there were still unreserved seats available. The welcome was great, very friendly. A very pleasant family atmosphere where the owners address the regulars by their first names. We ate an Ariégeois burger and a duck tournedos. The proportions are just right. The dishes were well presented and well cooked. For dessert, we had an XXL profiterole; it was truly XXL! Everything was delicious, with a special mention for the cabbage. And we had the dessert of the day, a banoffee, very well presented and elegantly in a soup plate. As for the wine, we were pleasantly surprised by a dry white wine from Limoux. I recommend this restaurant. We had a great time.
