21/07/2026: Twenty minutes after we placed our order, the waiter realized he'd forgotten to send it to the kitchen. As a result, we weren't served for an hour. My steak tartare was tasteless; I didn't even finish it. I think Etchebest should pay a visit to this restaurant; they've got a lot to live up to.

06/08/2026: Very good, but for someone with sensitive stomachs, the beef salad was a bit too rich and the potato pancakes could perhaps have been cooked a little longer. Overall, it was very good.
