28/06/2026: A simple but relatively efficient restaurant, a limited choice of dishes but they do the job, all served with the same sauce, a bowl of salad and a bowl of fries.
24/06/2026: My wife and I stopped by Bistro Régent in Castres yesterday. During this heatwave, the outside air was stifling. What a pleasure it was to arrive and feel the air conditioning, to receive a warm welcome, and finally be able to relax after a long day. The meal was delicious and very reasonably priced. The service was quick. And after chatting with the staff at the end of our meal, we could really feel the passion and energy of this restaurant. Thank you again for this lovely experience. Boulangerie Marie Blachere

14/04/2026: One afternoon, I was greeted by a team of very friendly and attentive young men (one of them brought me a napkin after noticing I didn't have one on my tray, without me even asking!). It's these little gestures that make all the difference! There was also a great atmosphere among them, which really lifted my spirits that day. 😁 Thank you so much for your warm welcome.
