For once, ending up in the cellar won't be a punishment... the place is unusual, as is the cuisine on offer. Beautiful and bold flavors, delicately presented. In addition, the welcome is very friendly. So above all, don’t hesitate!

Very good food but very expensive for a weekday lunch...in comparison we find as good or even a little more elaborate and a little less expensive in Castres...to be retested on occasion for perhaps a new, even more positive experience .

04/04/2024: Daily menu for a weekday lunch. Very good address with very good price/service quality. The only downside was the dessert which was not as good as the rest of the menu.
