A very pleasant evening at L'Embrasé, with a "gypsy atmosphere". The service is leisurely, the terrace is lovely, and the meat is excellent.

Google ratings are usually a good indicator, but that was definitely not our experience. We waited over an hour and fifteen minutes between ordering and receiving our meals for four people, even though the sides were very basic (just fries and salad).
The only positive point was the lovely shaded terrace, tucked away from the busy streets.
Otherwise, the service was very inefficient and unpleasant, despite one waiter who tried to improve things. We had to ask three times for a carafe of water before we finally got it. The grilled meat was decent, but everything else was bland. Very disappointed.

A fantastic time at L'Embrasé!
A large, very pleasant terrace with plenty of space, all in a calm and cozy atmosphere. The welcome was truly excellent.
The brazier concept is original and adds a really warm touch. The meat is excellent and perfectly prepared.
A wonderful discovery, I highly recommend it!

Great concept, cooking your meat on a brazier at your table, very convivial. We tried the bull, very good, and the marinated chicken. The only problem was that twice one of the waiters was frankly awful. He forgot to bring us the sauces and bread, which was still acceptable, but when it came time for the bill, he charged us for drinks we didn't order. Luckily, the owner noticed the problem immediately. Go there, it's great and you'll eat well. Just be sure to check the bill.

A warm welcome and a lovely setting under the trees. The meal was excellent, with very high-quality beef and duck. Cooking over a tabletop brazier is truly original and adds a wonderful, convivial touch. I highly recommend this place!

I'd seen loads of restaurants online, and this one, right next to the tower after visiting the ramparts, caught our eye. We weren't disappointed; we had a fantastic meal. The brazier concept is very original, and they also have excellent tapas. The daily special was €19—we highly recommend it.

Passing through during the summer holidays, this place was a real surprise. The concept (individual fire pits) is original and excellent, the staff is very professional, pleasant, and smiling. Reasonable prices! I recommend this establishment 300%, and I'd even say without hesitation! Thanks again for the warm welcome, and I look forward to returning one day.

We had dinner tonight on the terrace at L’Embrasé, a gypsy-themed evening.
I can say it was fantastic, a lovely evening. The fire pit was superb, we were treated like royalty, everything was perfect.
I highly recommend it, located within the ramparts of Aigues-Mortes.
