Incredible lunch today at L'Embrassé in Aigues-Mortes. On our way back from a weekend getaway, we stopped in Aigues-Mortes to explore this beautiful little medieval town. During our stroll, we were drawn in by the smell of grilling food, and the original idea of ​​a small private griddle appealed to us: simple, efficient, and delicious. The whole experience was enhanced by an exceptionally professional, welcoming, and attentive waitress. A big thank you, and we highly recommend it.

I stumbled upon this place online, as I'm not from the area at all. I wasn't disappointed at all. It was a friendly and enjoyable experience, and the food was simply incredible. A brazier with fresh, tender meat, homemade fries, and a side salad with vegetables. In short, I highly recommend this place, and the prices are more than reasonable considering the quantity and quality.
