Algerian couscous is a true symbol of conviviality and tradition. Its fine, light semolina, perfectly rolled, absorbs the rich flavors of the vegetable broth and subtly balanced spices. The tender chickpeas, carrots, zucchini, and tender meat create a perfect harmony between sweetness and robust flavor. It's a warm, generous dish that brings people together and tells the story and story of Algerian cuisine with every bite.

I went to this restaurant for the first time; they had booked it for a friend's wedding. We had a wonderful meal! The food was excellent, the couscous was delicate, the semolina and vegetables were delicious, and a special mention goes to the lamb and chicken – they were absolutely divine! The setting is indeed elegant, not at all ostentatious, and the welcome was truly warm and friendly. The staff is very kind and contributes to the convivial atmosphere. We had a lovely time, and I will gladly return during my next stays in Paris!
