In the old town. Large parking lot 600 meters away. Pleasant welcome, but we were disappointed that the main course only included the side dish, making it around 16 or 18 euros, a bit pricey. The Peking duck sauce was too sweet for our taste. The soup was excellent.

We had a wonderful time at Le Vietnam restaurant. The charm works its magic even before you step inside, nestled in the winding streets of Brioude's old town. The restaurant itself appears, tiny and peaceful. It's like a haven of tranquility and serenity. You feel comfortable there, and as soon as you cross the threshold, you want to stay and linger. The service is very warm and attentive to everyone's well-being. The pork dumplings I ordered as a starter were excellent, flavorful, and very likely homemade. The Peking duck was particularly well done: far from those Peking ducks that resemble overcooked meat covered in industrial caramel, it was delicious, served slightly pink, and topped with a subtly herbaceous sauce. In short, it was a wonderful experience for us from beginning to end.

What a wonderful discovery during our visit to Brioude! This restaurant is a gem. The food is delicious, made with high-quality ingredients. What struck us most was the love that goes into every dish. The atmosphere in the restaurant is peaceful and pleasant, reflecting the dedication and care of this family of restaurateurs; you feel right at home. Thank you for this excellent experience, we will be back.

When I was passing through Brioude, finding a restaurant open on a Sunday evening isn't always easy, and I was delighted that this restaurant was. A pleasant welcome and service, and delicious dishes that I thoroughly enjoyed—that's what I'll remember. The beef pho soup was very fragrant and just the right amount of spice. The roast duck was very tender, and the sauce was perfect with the vegetable noodles. As for the atmosphere, two very noisy tables (and some very questionable jokes about Asians) spoiled what could have been a perfect experience.

Warm and friendly family restaurant,

Very pleasant outdoor terrace, shaded at midday. The ha cap and xiu mai were very fresh and good. The pho soup was a little too salty (I guess the broth simmered for a really long time, maybe not enough customers for the soup) but tasty. Perfect for comfort food.
