A family-run restaurant with authentic, traditional Vietnamese cuisine, a far cry from the "Chinese restaurants" that all look the same. Excellent service, a varied menu, and an entire page dedicated to vegan options (very good!)... I highly recommend this restaurant!
We ordered the tasting menu, specifically the Imperial Hue beef. The chef prepared two Vietnamese crepes for us; I preferred them steamed. Don't hesitate to mention if you like cilantro and lemongrass. The food was incredibly flavorful; finally, an Asian restaurant with a different approach to cuisine—true Vietnamese food with an inventive chef.
A slight disappointment. I arrived around noon and asked for banh cuon. "You have to ask in the morning." No bia saigon either. I ordered bo luc lac with rice. It was very salty and had an overpowering lemongrass flavor.
A charming setting, composed of works commissioned by the chef from an artisan, delicious and surprising dishes (don't hesitate to step out of your comfort zone to try the specialties) and a very friendly welcome.

It's uncomfortable to sit and eat...
It's Southeast Asian food, in its own way...!!
It's edible..!

I couldn't try everything, but what I did taste was truly exceptional.
Incredible flavors, the sauces are amazing, and the chicken spring rolls are the best I've had in the last 10 years!
I recommend it to anyone who wants a great meal 😙👌
