We celebrated my birthday on December 5, 2025, and my husband's on December 7, 2025. We loved everything from the location to the food! I recommend this romantic, beautiful, and cozy place. There's a spa, a pool, and a huge area around the castle where you can stroll.

We had a very pleasant stay at this establishment; the staff were very kind and professional. The location is beautiful, as is the room. The only minor drawbacks: the Chromecast on the room's TV didn't work well. And the pool doesn't live up to the rest of the property, which is a shame.

Everything was perfect from beginning to end! The room, the buffet, the pool (which is very well heated, by the way), the surroundings. We're going back in a week because it was so fantastic! Special mention to the staff who are absolutely charming! And especially to Amélie and Ilana!

We had a wonderful romantic weekend at Château Jeanne & The Forest. A huge thank you for the warm welcome: the staff were incredibly kind. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the spa was lovely. Special mention goes to the dinner and brunch, which were simply superb! We highly recommend it!

The reception, restaurant, and premises were excellent, as were the various services. However, not all the rooms met the standards of a 4-star hotel (room 303). Despite this, it remains a good establishment, with a superb restaurant.

An enchanted castle nestled in a forest. An impressive hotel, with classic furnishings blending with world-class luxury... immense halls and a lovely spa with a small pool. The gym is a bit sparse. A pleasant stay.

I spent a weekend with my mother at this magnificent castle, and the hosts were very welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for a family or romantic weekend getaway. The service was perfect, and bicycles are available for exploring the grounds. The food was also excellent! 😊

It's a magical, magnificent, and even mystical place. The staff is always available and smiling. We were invited for the "Chefs of the Oise Dinner" thank-you reception. The welcome and reception were worthy of the grandest châteaux. Everything was meticulously planned and perfect.

Excellent weekend. A very pleasant stay, a seminar with La Biosthetique. A beautiful, pleasant, relaxing, and magnificent location. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and courteous. The breakfast offered an exceptional selection of products. We will definitely return for another weekend with my daughter. We'll treat ourselves. Thank you all for your hospitality. O Relais de la Cote

16/12/2025: A wonderful discovery with friends. The service and welcome are top-notch, the food is excellent, you can have a great time there!
04/11/2025: We had lunch today with my father and two children at the O Relais de la Côte restaurant, having made a reservation online for four people. The meal itself was fine, but the end of the service was extremely disappointing. I had an €80 gift voucher, which I had planned to use to pay for the two adult menus at €39 each and the two children's menus at €15 each. When it came time to pay, the restaurant refused the voucher, claiming it was expired—which I can understand—but the way the situation was handled was very clumsy and unprofessional. The manager was unfriendly, unsympathetic, and clearly overwhelmed, while I remained calm and polite. Without even informing me, she changed my reservation on TheFork, reducing it from four to two people, which I find unacceptable. I sincerely regret this experience: I am a business owner, and there is always a way to resolve a situation. It's a shame, because a good meal also ends with a warm welcome and a sense of service — here, that was clearly lacking.
