I am completely baffled by the loss of this well-deserved star. I'm not a food critic, but for me, everything was perfect, as usual, dare I say. We came to support the chef and his team during this difficult time and to enjoy the new menus, and we were not disappointed. A feast for the eyes and the palate awaited us. We will continue to come without hesitation, and I'm sure we'll celebrate the regained star next year.

We had an absolutely unforgettable experience at Chef Tomohiro's restaurant, "Le Village." Every moment was a journey for the senses: exceptionally refined dishes, flavors that intertwined with incredible subtlety, and attentive, high-quality service. The restaurant lost its Michelin star, and rightly so. The quality had declined significantly, the prices had skyrocketed, the service was pompous, and the wine list was outrageous. The dining room was dreary, and the atmosphere frankly terrible. Lower the prices, offer more variety on the menu, and you'll see the world return.

We waited in the Church of Saint-Vigor, a gift from Louis XIV to the parishioners, designed by Jules Hardouin-Mansart. Then we arrived on time for a ceremony: one of Chef Tomohiro's tasting menus, menus of truly Japanese excellence. Here, we savored signature dishes like the Goi Cuon of blue lobster with foie gras. Year after year, culinary perfection. And year after year, a lamentable wine list. I understand that an establishment of this size must be mindful of its profitability. However, such stubborn adherence to mediocrity saddens me. The altar wine has long since turned to vinegar, but they don't dare change it. It's the fly in the miso soup—which, incidentally, isn't served in this cozy restaurant frequented by people from the Yvelines, a rather peculiar breed. What a shame. I think Louis XIV would have had heads roll. But hey, we'll calm our frustration in the large park, which has a super interesting museum.

The dishes were refined and beautifully presented.
The service was impeccable. Every dish was presented and explained.
The chef took the time to visit each table at the end of service. An experience to be repeated.

A wonderful discovery at this gourmet restaurant. We had a very pleasant time with a team that took excellent care of its customers. The atmosphere was excellent.
The meal was sublime and delicious, a 10-course tasting menu... our congratulations to the chef who came to introduce himself and chat with each table – a very thoughtful touch! In short, thank you to the entire team (service and kitchen) of this restaurant. I had a wonderful birthday evening, as did my family.
