The dishes are truly beautiful, but the flavors don't live up to expectations. They're good, but not flavorful enough. The service was fine, but far too fast. We were barely arrived before the bread and appetizers were served. There wasn't even time to get into the atmosphere.

For our first visit, it was a true discovery, hidden behind a gray inn-like facade on a pedestrian street in the village of Marly-le-Roi. Excellent Franco-Japanese fusion cuisine. Subtle and surprising flavors, perfect presentation in vibrant colors, hint at the artistic talent of the passionate chef, Tomohiro Uido. The attentive service is worthy of a 3-star establishment. Having the menus chosen in advance allows for a well-paced service. For those with a hearty appetite, opt for the 10-course menu. We wonder why this restaurant hasn't yet earned another star. We're not familiar with the Michelin Guide's criteria, but we suspect that perhaps the simple (but cozy) setting is what's preventing it from receiving a second star... An experience to be repeated, without a doubt!

The chef's Japanese influence brings a new dimension to the flavors of the dishes. This is our second time dining here; the first time we opted for the six-course menu, and upon leaving, we were left wanting more, eager to continue exploring these flavors. We returned with the ten-course menu and were able to fully appreciate the refinement of this cuisine. The service is very professional, with a pleasant and attentive warmth. We purchased their smoked butter, a delicacy that prolongs the memory of this wonderful evening.

We had the pleasure of returning for our wedding anniversary, five years after our first experience.
The staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout the evening, and they also provided excellent advice on how to enjoy this unique moment.
It's always a dazzling experience and a true culinary journey. 😃
