An impromptu lunch and what a surprise, a reduced menu but only fresh products and flavors....extra. At the time of tasting, an explosion of flavors, just and perfectly balanced dishes, very well presented. And a special mention for the lemon tart which was simply divine.

Cuisine mainly using fresh and local produce. It's very good. The service is done with a smile and the chef comes regularly to check if everything is going well. Located in the old town. It is superb I recommend without reservation

07/09/2023: I only have one word that comes to me when I think of this restaurant, it's La Justesse.... everything is just right, the flavors blend perfectly, everything is right from start to finish, for me I say bravo! In addition, the service is provided with great professionalism and passion. I had to go back this evening, I won't be able to unfortunately but I really hope to one day rediscover the pleasure of such a good meal. Congratulations again to everyone!

16/03/2024: Good quality cuisine. School canteen service therefore far below expectations. When it comes time to pay, comments about the kitchen don't seem to be heard with interest. Gourmet coffee with €2 supplement...
