Good, fresh food sourced locally/regionally. Pleasant outdoor seating along a small alleyway. Good service, and they didn’t even laugh at my attempt to remember high school French (from 50+ years ago).

The beef tartar and salad were very good, but the fries were unfortunately burnt due to old oil. Overall, a very nice place, and the food was served quickly.

We recently dined at LE VINTAGE restaurant. And I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, ideal for a meal with friends or family. The plates are well presented and the flavors are there. The staff is very welcoming and smiling. In summary, an excellent address for an unpretentious meal, with good value for money. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"Whether you are in Avignon for tourism, a business trip or even as a resident, look no further: the Vintage restaurant is the address you need! This magnificent place offers a warm welcome and a meal simply incredible. The service is fast and quality, and the professionalism of the servers is top notch. I recommend it 1000%!

Tenían el comedor lleno y abrieron un local enfrente que también enseguida se llenó Los 3!camareros súper rápidos y súper eficientes. La comida estaba muy bien.

Le Moutardier du Pape

07/11/2025: When visiting the Palais des Papes in Avignon, the least you can do is eat at Le Moutardier du Pape, if only to enjoy its magnificent terrace. The food is good, simple but very well-executed, and the staff is both professional and attentive. If you eat there, try their fries; they're simply incredible. In Avignon, where the heat can be quite intense, this place is highly recommended. What's more, the beer is excellent, and good beer goes hand in hand with good food.
29/10/2025: Fantastic dinner! Everything was delicious! The staff were lovely and efficient! Excellent value for money, very pleasant dining room, and an unbeatable location. Don't pay attention to the less positive reviews; this is definitely a place to recommend!

03/01/2026: We had cassolet aux canard and the house wine. It was served with a baked yeast dough. Everything was fantastic. For dessert, there were sweet pastries. Also divine.
