I had a pork tenderloin with a mushroom based sauce here that absolutely blew my mind. The most perfectly cooked piece of meat I enjoyed over 10 days in France! Definitely make a reservation here for one of your nights in Bayeux.

If you want a quality restaurant in Bayeux, this is where to go. The manager / waiter put us at our ease immediately. He is very knowledgeable, but also highly personable. We chose starters and main courses, all of which were presented superbly and tasted great. Some wines on the list are pricey, but we had a 25 Euro bottle of red Loire Valley and enjoyed it a lot (the waiter actually smelled the cork before pouring the wine for us to taste). This is not the cheapest place to eat, but for us it was a memorable experience.

Thank you!!! A meal shared with friends, everything was delicious, the daily special was generous and refined, the menu was truly carefully chosen, and the wines were of good quality, allowing us to fully enjoy the dishes offered. A must-try, and I'll definitely be back!! 😉

On the night before the 1st of May, beautiful things can happen—and they did. Next to the stream, we had an amazing dinner. I would suggest taking a three-course dinner, although in the end we tried almost half of the menu because we couldn’t stop ordering. Every dish told its own story. We even tried the snails. Unfortunately, I couldn’t bring myself to try them; my dad was the only one who dared. He said those slippery little suckers are excellent!

Pleasant and intimate small restaurant. We were lucky to be able to dine without a reservation due to some cancelations that day.
The host/wait staff who I believe is also the owner is pleasant and gracious.
The entrecote was excellent. We also had the special beef in cider was good but not as good as the entrecote.
The service was excellent.
Our best meal in Bayeux.
