A very warm welcome, a very pleasant meal, quality wines, and excellent desserts.
Just be sure to check your bill carefully, as I had a small issue: a bottle of Poully-Fuissé was charged well above the price listed on the wine list. After contacting the restaurant manager by phone, he confirmed the error and is awaiting a refund. This should be processed soon. Otherwise, I highly recommend this restaurant for discerning palates.

Excellent cuisine, quality ingredients, and delicious dishes. The welcome is warm and the service pleasant. The setting on the banks of the Aure River is truly charming. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return. I highly recommend Le Volet qui Penche!

A special mention for the desserts, especially the strawberry tart – a delight!

Wonderful food. The steak, Pollock and chicken were perfect. Cooked well, flavourful yet simple. Our waiter was hilarious but professional and the wine, chosen by him, was delicious. Desserts were also fabulous. A beautifully understated restaurant to summarise.

The food was very good. There was a simple yet varied selection. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and you can spend a lovely evening there. We received excellent service and helpful advice. Overall, a fantastic experience – I'd gladly return! I recommend making a reservation in advance.

The staff were very kind and fast. They brought a welcome dish. The place is quiet and overlooks the canal. The food was all delicious. We had oysters (delicious), snails (we recommend ordering something else, not because they weren't good, but they have dishes that are more worth it), chicken and tartare, both superb. Finally, the crème brûlé was spectacular ❤️
