Let's explain the 3 stars for food
The kitchen was closed but we were able to get a small meal
There was mussels, sardines and squid and a cheese board
Also some other small dishes
But we opted for the mussels and the cheese board
The cheese board was for 2 people and extensive
The mussels came from a can and were placed on the table that way, which we thought was a bit strange
The wine, on the other hand, was delicious and the manager there knows a lot about wine and is for sale in the shop and is literally everywhere.
All in all we had a nice meal but it was pricey
But that was because of the wine

The service is impeccable, the wine suggestions perfect (great discovery with Eure and Loir Pinot Noir).
Regarding the menu: a fair choice and delicious dishes as usual. The Foie Gras is exceptional, the cheese platter is always full!
The restaurateur knows his menu by heart, the origin of his products and we sense a passionate man.
Lunch on the terrace, very pleasant, shaded and flowery. The cuisine is refined, seasonal with many local products.
The service is impeccable, wine advice is always a pleasure.
Superbe moment. Plats raffinés et succulents. Une équipe au top 👍 très agréable et très professionnelle. Si vous voulez passer un bon moment n’hésitez plus c’est au Restaurant « le week end » à Chécy qu’il faut aller. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.
