05/04/2024: How can I tell you, I arrive at the drive-thru, they ask me to come closer, no problem, I order a luxury Maxi Best Of, they tell me a very good choice and I take a small wrap and they ask me to go to the next counter 1st closed I think it's the one next I move forward I see a person who doesn't look at me a second person arrives a third person arrives a fourth person it's a good laugh I say goodbye to them they say goodbye to me and I pass at the next counter the person at the next counter asks me to go back so that I can pay for my order I reverse back again in front of the previous counter I tell them I felt like I was disturbing they answered me no problem sir I pay and I return to the counter to collect my order until then we will say it's McDonald's on the other hand you will look at the photo but each time you unwrap your hamburger for me it was a luxury once unwrapped and it's always upside down think of those who like hamburgers finding it upside down when unpacking it's very average it ruins everything. So we lose stars

17/03/2024: Check the contents of your take-out orders carefully, there are always errors and/or omissions. This is a reflection of the service offered by this restaurant for several years. What happens? No self-checking when filling the bags, nor cross-checking by another team member. Just because it's not the nuclear industry doesn't mean you don't have to be serious at work.
