McDonald's sur Gien

How can I tell you, I arrive at the drive-thru, they ask me to come closer, no problem, I order a luxury Maxi Best Of, they tell me a very good choice and I take a small wrap and they ask me to go to the next counter 1st closed I think it's the one next I move forward I see a person who doesn't look at me a second person arrives a third person arrives a fourth person it's a good laugh I say goodbye to them they say goodbye to me and I pass at the next counter the person at the next counter asks me to go back so that I can pay for my order I reverse back again in front of the previous counter I tell them I felt like I was disturbing they answered me no problem sir I pay and I return to the counter to collect my order until then we will say it's McDonald's on the other hand you will look at the photo but each time you unwrap your hamburger for me it was a luxury once unwrapped and it's always upside down think of those who like hamburgers finding it upside down when unpacking it's very average it ruins everything. So we lose stars

Check the contents of your take-out orders carefully, there are always errors and/or omissions. This is a reflection of the service offered by this restaurant for several years. What happens? No self-checking when filling the bags, nor cross-checking by another team member. Just because it's not the nuclear industry doesn't mean you don't have to be serious at work.

The food a little cold. Friendly employees

It becomes boring, either something is missing in the order, or it’s cold, or the service is extremely long, etc. You are launching new products like bacon cheddar fries (which has already been in place at other fast food restaurants for a long time) but when we order there is no more bacon at 11:30 a.m.! And what about the big tasty ones which are no longer big but normal and which cost more! In Gien we only have one fast food restaurant and I can't wait for Burger King, KFC and Quick to arrive because I can tell you that everyone is fed up with McDonald's!

Everything went well until I realized that the coffee was missing from my latte... too bad

Déco très sympa et nourriture chaude.

Mac do de gien je recommande. En drive c'est hyper rapide et au moins c'est chaud et bien fourni et c'est même moins cher que dans un autre Mac donald (Am....) pourquoi je ne sais pas.

Mac Donald's sur notre trajet, après une rencontre sportive avec des jeunes. Nous avons apprécié.

Manque juste un peu d'amabilité de la part du personnel.
