Restaurant on the main street, but nothing special. Attractive prices. Brown fries, burnt taste. Supposedly that's how they cook them. Lol. No, just not good. The bull stew, the meat wasn't as soft as expected, had some chew. A shame. And on top of that, it was cold inside.

I am a big fan of restaurants, and it is very rare that I am so pleasantly surprised. From the service to the food, everything is truly superb and the cuisine is of exemplary finesse. For the price, this restaurant is, in my opinion, the best you can do, which proves that it is possible to make excellent dishes without being in the haute cuisine.

A very nice patio. We were worried we wouldn't see many people at the entrance, but they're all behind us!
The service is very friendly, responsive, and courteous.
We ordered a little bit of everything, and we were satisfied with everything.
Don't hesitate to form your own opinion rather than believing some of the reviews posted earlier.

A little surprised by some of the negative reviews... We've been to Aigues-Mortes several times, and this is the first time at this restaurant. We walk past without necessarily wanting to stop... Too bad. Once inside, we discover a quiet patio, far from the hustle and bustle of the city.
I had a bull rib steak and a rib steak with homemade fries. Given the negative reviews, I regret not taking photos of the dishes, because the meat was excellent (perhaps, possibly, not cooked enough for the rib steak for my wife's taste :) but excellent nonetheless. As were the prices.
The fries? No problem... quite the opposite. Oh yes! I would have liked to eat a few more :)
So I'll do it again, and too bad for the grumpy ones...
