10/05/2026: A truly beautiful establishment that we wholeheartedly recommend. The rooms are particularly well-designed: comfortable, well-maintained, and offering high-quality amenities. We loved the balance between contemporary style and the authentic character of the place. The combination of modern elements with the stone walls works wonderfully, giving the whole place a charm steeped in history, while remaining elegant and modern. The subtle reminders of the building's Christian origins also add a very touching depth and identity. Breakfast was a real treat: generous yet refined, featuring top-quality products, with attention paid to both taste and presentation. The location is ideal, at the entrance to the city and in the heart of the walled city, allowing you to fully enjoy the historical setting while remaining easily accessible. We also particularly appreciated the warm welcome and highly professional service. You can feel the genuine attention to detail, right down to the little touches in the room, which make the stay even more enjoyable. The family atmosphere is immediately apparent and gives the place a real sense of character. Finally, we were genuinely impressed by the history of the owners' family, which adds another dimension to the experience. A place where heritage, contemporary elegance, and hospitality come together in perfect harmony.

10/05/2026: We spent one night in this hotel and highly recommend it. Ideally located, the room was lovely and the bedding incredibly comfortable. The spa area is a real bonus; we had a wonderful stay. We highly recommend it.
