21/03/2026: We appreciated the very warm welcome we received upon our arrival on a Saturday afternoon. We also greatly enjoyed the upgrade to an executive room on the 6th floor, which was very bright.
However, some aspects disappointed us. The bedding had a plastic mattress protector that made a rustling noise with the slightest movement. As a result, we slept poorly, which is a shame because a comfortable night's sleep is essential during a hotel stay.
Furthermore, the refrigerator in the room was empty, and the Nespresso machine had clearly not been checked: there was still water and capsules left over from the previous guests.
15/03/2026: I came for a choir rehearsal. The room was pleasant, the restaurant decent, but above all, the service exceeded a 4-star standard thanks to Marion, the lunchtime waitress (approachable, attentive, and efficient), and Jordan, the receptionist for the day (welcoming, smiling, and very helpful), who also acted as bartender in his colleague's absence – a truly excellent team! Thank you, Novotel Le Havre; we will gladly return.
