High-quality, very fresh, and well-prepared ingredients—everything you could want! Excellent wine and beer, and friendly, efficient, and attentive service. I had a fantastic experience at Lebon bistrot. My boyfriend and I went for lunch. Besides being very reasonably priced, we felt very welcome. We had a choice of several daily specials and we ordered the beef merlan with fries cooked in beef fat, along with a Chimay Gold beer. It was a feast for the eyes and the stomach; the sauces, homemade like the rest of the dishes, were delicious. A big thank you, and I highly recommend it.
