The tuna tataki and gravlax salmon were excellent appetizers; I would say the fish could have used a little more seasoning. The main courses were also excellent, but the portions were rather small.

Excellent restaurant. Refined cuisine. I highly recommend it. Free parking for 2 hours at Place Travot is a real plus, allowing you to park right next to the restaurant.

We had dinner at this restaurant, where the service and cuisine were incredible. Everything was delicately and deliciously prepared. A true feast for the eyes and the palate, all in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. A very high-quality children's menu is also available. I highly recommend it.

A small, intimate restaurant in the heart of Cholet, we thoroughly enjoyed the excellent cuisine and the discreet yet warm service! The dishes are elegant and flavorful; we were truly impressed by the concise yet exceptionally well-executed menu.

Passing through Cholet, this was a great find! The staff is very friendly and the cuisine is refined. The chef was also able to spontaneously suggest dishes to accommodate my wife's milk allergy. I highly recommend it!

13/09/2026: Sometimes the service is slow, even for salads. Sometimes the food is served at a delay, and you end up waiting for the person with you to be served before you can eat. I also think the prices have gone up and the portion sizes have decreased when you order a set menu, especially the appetizers. That said, the staff are incredibly pleasant and kind.
05/09/2026: An interesting concept: several establishments under one roof, comprising a pastry shop, an ice cream parlor, and a cocktail bar with a tasting room. The cuisine is simple yet effective and of very high quality, and the place is decorated with care and great taste; it feels like stepping into another world, like Alice in Wonderland. And what can we say about the staff, whose helpfulness and kindness are truly infectious? We will cherish this pleasant memory of our visit to the region...
