Great restaurant, excellent product and very well prepared. Best chuck steak I've ever eaten, and I've been to the Camargue several times... Also, be careful about the temperature of the plates when they're served; the oysters were a little too lukewarm for my taste, but otherwise very, very good. We've reached the pinnacle. The 4 Belgians.

A lovely meal for four on a Tuesday evening. The set menu (starter, main course, dessert) was excellent, full of flavor and finesse. The plates were beautifully presented and the portions were very generous. There were few, if any, negative points; it was very good.

Excellent find. Passing through Cholet. A very intimate restaurant with a fantastic team, and what can I say about the food… pure bliss.
I highly recommend it. But be sure to book ahead as seating is limited and the restaurant fills up quickly.

The dishes arrive so beautiful that you almost hesitate to touch them. Once you overcome your initial apprehension, the beauty fades into the background, revealing sublime flavors. Everything is wonderful: the service is simply gentle and attentive. Don't miss out on one of the finest restaurants around.

We came without a reservation, completely on a whim. We received a perfect welcome from a very pleasant young woman. As for the meal, I don't know what to say, everything was perfect... refined, flavorful, original, beautifully presented, not to mention the complimentary amuse-bouche, a delicious croquette... the value for money was unbeatable! It's such a shame we live a bit far away, but we will definitely be back. Thank you to the team!
