Bad experience. The food was average quality except for the amuse-bouche and starter (Slate Menu). And a very unpleasant surprise at the checkout. I went in the day before to ask if it was possible to pay with electronic holiday vouchers. The answer was yes. When it came time to pay, the same person told me they weren't familiar with electronic payment. I think that's dishonest.

A really lovely restaurant!
The amuse-bouche was excellent, the salmon was cooked perfectly, and the dessert was delicious!
The waiter was very attentive and pleasant!
I highly recommend this establishment!

One of the best restaurants in Cholet!
Fresh and expertly prepared dishes! The lunchtime price is more than reasonable for the quality! The waiter was really friendly! We'll be back!

The meal was very good, with flavorful and well-prepared dishes. Unfortunately, the restaurant's location, right next to a busy and noisy street, detracted somewhat from the experience.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The dishes were beautifully presented and served quite quickly.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
