My husband and I stopped here while passing through and everything was fantastic! Grilled lobster for him and mussels and Camembert for me! Everything was amazing: wine, food, service, and the place was wonderful! I would recommend anyone to stop here!

The service was very satisfactory and friendly, but the meal was very average. The mussels and fries were bland, and the apple-rhubarb crumble was just passable. It wasn't good value for money. This restaurant is for non-gourmets.

A traditional, high-quality seaside restaurant. The veal escalope was excellent, and my partner had the cod Orloff, which he also enjoyed. Flawless.

21/05/2026: I've eaten at your establishment three times since the reopening. It's better to eat upstairs than on the raised terrace, because on the raised terrace the food arrives cold, which isn't pleasant. Upstairs, however, it's perfect. To put it another way, the food could be cooked a little more thoroughly.
20/05/2026: Nice restaurant, unfortunately the food tastes of almost nothing. It's a shame it's also a bit pricey.

29/04/2026: Le Vauban restaurant is a wonderful discovery in Normandy. It offers simple yet delicious home-style cooking, with well-prepared and flavorful dishes. It's the perfect place to share a lovely time with family, especially since the restaurant is very child-friendly. The setting is also a real plus: located on the harbor, the place is charming and pleasant, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it!
26/01/2026: Very small but wonderful restaurant. The escargot was fantastic as was the duck and chocolate fondant. Parking is a little sparse but other than that it serves as a perfect dinner spot.
