The owner wasn't very friendly, but the waiters were very nice.

we´ve been coming here for over 10 years now and i can say it is probably the best resturant in serre che, they changed owners around 4 years ago. they have a very fast service and great options as well as a menu of the day

One of the best mountain restaurants in Serre-Chevalier, ideally located right on the slopes at 2200m. A warm and relaxed welcome from the owner, who goes out of his way to find you a table – we really appreciated that! (Reservations are highly recommended.) The service is quite fast (compared to other restaurants in the resort), and the dishes are generous and delicious. Thank you to the whole team, we'll be back!

My first visit in 2020 blew me away, but this time I was disappointed by the food. The meat wasn't really rare and the chestnut tiramisu was very runny. Otherwise, the service and atmosphere were still excellent!

Group meal today at L'Echaillon, very friendly welcome, pleasantly surprised by the good food despite the large crowd. Despite the number of people, it wasn't very noisy. Large, cozy central fireplace. Thank you! We'll be back.

Everything is excellent, from the beef tartare to the chestnut tiramisu! The service is pleasant and quick. It's a mountain restaurant, so the prices are slightly high.

We love this very pleasant place. It's very professional, so the food is excellent, and the service is very friendly. Even for a late-morning coffee, which elsewhere would disturb the team finishing up for the busy service ahead, at L'Echaillon we are welcomed warmly, and we can pay by credit card!
