The charcuterie board is very good, the marinated lamb is incredible. Best enjoyed on a sunny day with the terrace overlooking the canal.
I wasn't a fan of the floating island dessert and witnessing the bartender being reprimanded by his manager was an awkward situation that I didn't appreciate.

The welcome was pleasant despite the crowd (a busload of Spanish tourists had just arrived). The menu offers a varied selection to suit all tastes. The dishes are generous and delicious. Everyone was delighted. We will definitely return.

We were just passing through, near Béziers. It was a wonderful discovery! The staff was fantastic and attentive, even to our little dog. We opted for a simple set menu because we were only there temporarily. We hadn't been to this restaurant before. We'll definitely be back to try the à la carte menu. Thank you to the whole team.

First evening in Béziers with local friends.
We ordered the sea bream of the day served with the standard side dish. The fish was delicious, slightly overcooked, but the seasoning was perfect. The atmosphere was pleasant, calm, and discreet, and the service was attentive and friendly. A great place that I recommend.

Everything was up to standard and exactly what we expected. The appetizer platter was beautiful, varied, and generously filled. The dishes were expertly prepared with high-quality ingredients. And the service was friendly, efficient, and immediately put us at ease.
We noticed small touches for guests at other tables, demonstrating great professionalism in service and customer care. A wonderful, dynamic, and motivated team.
We're not from the area, but we're saving the address for a possible future visit.

Everything is perfect.
The service is perfect... friendly, helpful, and they give you all the information you need.
In short, they know their stuff.
The food is excellent, and there must be a very good chef in the kitchen because the taste, the flavor combinations, and the overall experience are top-notch.
A wonderful discovery... and we'll be back this summer to sit on the terrace.
