Very good restaurant, the chef reinvents himself regularly, he creates surprising and delicious culinary combinations. Lots of local products.

As soon as you enter, you are greeted with warmth and friendliness. The atmosphere is truly intimate, perfect for a special evening or a romantic dinner. The service is impeccable, with attention to detail that makes all the difference.

Slightly out of the way but an extremely profitable short 10 minute walk.

We had a delightful experience at L’ecrin during a weeknight dinner in Ajaccio. Thomas generously translated the parts of the menu we did not understand and made us feel special on our lun de miel. The food was thoughtful, rich, diverse, and divine. Wonderful establishment.
