Very good restaurant, the chef reinvents himself regularly, he creates surprising and delicious culinary combinations. Lots of local products. Being a "regular" I am never disappointed. Special mention to the server! In short, go there! without moderation or restraint....!

This restaurant is a real hidden gem in our city, and I must say that I was completely amazed by the experience. As soon as you enter, you are greeted with warmth and friendliness. The atmosphere is truly intimate, perfect for a special evening or a romantic dinner. The service is impeccable, with attention to detail that makes all the difference. It's simply exquisite. Each dish is created with incredible precision and creativity. The flavors are refined and each bite is a true delight for the taste buds.

Slightly out of the way but an extremely profitable short 10 minute walk. Everything was perfect, the welcome, the cocktails, the dishes. It's flawless. We will come back without hesitation

We had a delightful experience at L’ecrin during a weeknight dinner in Ajaccio. Thomas generously translated the parts of the menu we did not understand and made us feel special on our lun de miel. The food was thoughtful, rich, diverse, and divine. Wonderful establishment.
