Best restaurant of my life! Everything was excellent and beautifully presented. The waiter was very friendly and witty, with a touch of humor, and the waitress was also very pleasant. In short, from the appetizer to the dessert, it was perfect. Congratulations to the entire team.

While visiting friends in Oléron, we had lunch at L'Écume. Everything was perfect in a peaceful and serene atmosphere. A delicious monkfish dish and a very indulgent coffee. With excellent wine recommendations, the meal was a delight. Bravo for the refined and elegant cuisine, and a big thank you for your warm welcome.
I highly recommend this establishment!
