L'Edelweiss sur Saint-Lary-Soulan

We went there with friends to eat, having never been before, and it was a wonderful surprise. The welcome was fantastic, the service was excellent, and above all, the food was delicious and generous. I highly recommend their raclette and Savoyard fondue—simply divine! We had a truly memorable time there.

Excellent place, very good food, especially the three-cheese fondue. The service was very welcoming. However, the bottle of water contained a lot of sediment, probably due to wear and tear; when we asked for a replacement, we were told we wouldn't get another one.

We had a fantastic evening. The service was excellent. The staff were very pleasant, and above all, we had a delicious Savoyard fondue. We thoroughly enjoyed it! 😋 I highly recommend this restaurant.

Nathalie and Pascale make you feel right at home; they're natural and charming. We loved meeting them. The food is delicious, the tartiflette was excellent. They know the area perfectly and recommended some things to do. This restaurant was a real find, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Visited this lovely establishment on a day trip to the Pyrenees with my wife and son. First, the staff was just a delight. Our French is novice at best and they were so accommodating to our English speaking ways. Second, the food! My son had the steak hache with frites and was kind enough to hold the salad and double up on the frites, which absolutely delighted him as he’s a huge fan of how the French have mastered the frites! My wife and I shared a three fromage fondue. Served with salad, charcuterie, and bread for dipping into the fondue. It was delicious! Couldn’t filling for a cold day and warmed the insides with all that melted gooey cheese. We even stayed for a coffee after our lunch just so we could continue to experience the fun atmosphere of this lovely restaurant tucked into the Pic du Aldi. Highly recommend.

A warm and friendly welcome, a mountain menu with fresh produce, fast service, and reasonable prices. The meals are delicious, but reservations are strongly recommended as space is limited.
