Absolutely fantastic. You have to be patient, as Adet's dish is a very popular establishment, but on vacation you have the time. A word of advice: remember to book. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

There's not enough space to describe how delicious it was, in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It was incredibly popular, so be sure to book ahead and ask what dishes are still available because the menu sells out quickly. Highly recommended!

I can't give it more stars, otherwise I would have. It's a restaurant like they used to make, with a friendly atmosphere and excellent recipes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients, as it's located at altitude. Be sure to book ahead to avoid being turned away, as the restaurant is very popular. I highly recommend this place.

We arrived towards the end of service and were warmly seated. We appreciated the simplicity of our meal, yet the quality of the ingredients was excellent: a simple steak and fries that was very flavorful, served with delicious homemade fries, and even the accompanying salad was perfect. Our vacation is off to a great start; we'll be back to try the specialties!

Exceptional! The food was amazing, perfectly cooked and delicious. The service was spectacular; they greeted us with smiles and made us feel right at home. They were kind and attentive to every detail. I highly recommend it—a ten out of ten! I wish there were more restaurants like this! Congratulations and thank you! We'll definitely be back!

We dined at Edelweiss several times and particularly appreciated the warm welcome and helpful advice that allowed us to discover the region. We ate very well, the service was excellent, the food superb, and the blonde beer was fantastic!
