L'Eden sur Perigueux

This restaurant is truly exceptional!! Passing through Périgueux, I consulted Maps to find a place to eat, and the positive reviews led me to L’Eden. What a culinary delight! The fresh ingredients were superbly prepared (the foie gras duo was divine, especially the pan-seared foie gras, which replaced the traditional foie gras torchon that evening), and the presentation was beautiful. The portions were perfectly sized, leaving you feeling satisfied but not overly full. My sincere congratulations to the chef, who is excellent and whose passion for quality ingredients and cooking in general shines through in his dishes! The service team was also very pleasant and attentive; thank you to them both as well! And to top it all off, the price is extremely reasonable for the quality of the food! A truly wonderful evening at L’Eden!

Everything was perfect, from the reservation and the welcome in this beautiful, refined yet simple place, with a well-shaded terrace in the early August heat, to the varied menus at very affordable prices, without neglecting the quality or originality of Périgord know-how. Étienne and his team are attentive and eager to satisfy us. We celebrated a birthday, and the surprise was doubly successful for everyone.
