A flavorful, elegant, and generous cuisine that provides that rare something: the pleasure of experiencing a truly gastronomic moment. 26/08/2026: Visually, it's magnificent: veritable works of art on a plate. And in terms of taste, it's simply exceptional. The chef elevates the mushrooms with remarkable skill. As for the setting, its colors beautifully evoke the world of the forest.
