We had a wonderful time; the setting is magnificent, the staff are professional and very pleasant, and the dishes are generous and delicious. I highly recommend it.

The welcome was adequate, the restaurant wasn't very full, and the three waiters seemed clearly in a hurry to finish their shift.
Everything was rushed, even the glass of champagne was brought quickly, a bit of a spill without any apology, and not very chilled. The food was good, but for a restaurant of this caliber, it was a bit of a disappointment. Now you pay directly via a QR code on the table; there are better ways to personalize the experience. In short, this confirms our impression from our visit to Saint Laurent, where the dish was completely subpar and cold. In short, Mr. Blanc, his staff, and his establishments seem to be on a downward spiral, riding on their old reputation while still charging the same prices...

Reservation for a birthday and a perfect welcome.
The little touch of the candle on the dessert was very much appreciated.
The gravlax salmon was exquisite, the salad was generous and very good. The frogs' legs and poultry were perfect. The same goes for the veal and venison. The desserts were excellent, well done!
