A truly excellent experience! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. The dishes were refined and delicious. We particularly recommend the "lait," the chef's signature dessert.

A memorable dinner: we opted for the 7-course tasting menu. I was worried it might be a bit too much and heavy, especially in the Brest heatwave, but it was breathtakingly light! It was as if the menu had been created specifically for the heat! Expect creative and surprising cuisine, all within the restaurant's elegant setting! The welcome was warm, the service quick while still allowing ample time between each course. The only point to consider is the air conditioning in the dining room. I think a slightly more comfortable temperature would have made for a better experience. Bravo to the chef and his team!

L'Embrun in Brest boasts a bright, minimalist interior. Nothing is meant to distract from the main focus, except perhaps the occasional glimpse into the kitchen. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We had the seven-course menu, one of which included wine pairings. The food was good, perhaps a little limited in scope, but the combinations were interesting. One minor disappointment was a red wine in the wine pairing that, in my opinion, was not up to standard. It had a flaw, smelling of acetone. When I pointed this out after tasting it, the server returned with the same bottle, simply insisted the wine was fine, and poured it. After tasting it again, I asked for the glass to be removed. I was offered neither a glass from a different bottle nor a replacement. Therefore, I'm only giving the service three stars. Nevertheless, it's a lovely restaurant with a unique culinary style. Definitely worth a try.

Excellent! A truly top-notch dinner, worthy of a top chef. The chef was very friendly, welcoming, and elegant, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend it. We enjoyed the five-course menu with wine pairings at L’Embrun and were absolutely delighted. Every course was superb, the wines perfectly matched, and the service attentive and warm. Add to that the pleasant ambiance, where you immediately feel at ease. The Michelin star is absolutely deserved.

The welcome was perfect. The decor is very understated. The service staff is highly efficient and professional. Roles are clearly defined. The cuisine is sublime. Each dish is as inventive as the next. It's a true delight. The ingredients are local and excellent. And, to top it all off, Chef Guillaume Pape makes the rounds of his restaurant to ask his customers for their feedback. Pure class! I will definitely return and highly recommend it.

A wonderful discovery. An excellent gastronomic experience with seasonal flavors, very good wines to accompany them, attentive staff, and a visit from the chef at the end of the meal. We highly recommend this restaurant.
