I hate leaving bad reviews on Google, but I absolutely don't recognize L'Emile Brochettes... The service (the waiter was on his phone and completely absent), the atmosphere (rap music, a lot of noise in the kitchen...) and especially the fact that the restaurant was practically empty for a Saturday lunchtime—only 3 tables 😱. The portions were smaller! I won't be going back!

We booked at the last minute for a Friday evening, for four people. The welcome was impeccable. Large tables, the dining room is superb. The intimate atmosphere is pleasant. The service was flawless. The dishes were very well prepared. Highly recommended.

It had been a long time since I'd been back, and I was pleasantly surprised! And they're open on Mondays too… I recommend the potence and the Époisses sauce!

Fantastic place in Dijon! Just passing through for the weekend, I needed to find a table at the last minute in the city center. Despite the last-minute booking, I received a warm welcome (and a great table too!) and the service was very friendly! We had a delicious meal, with a special mention for the hanger steak! In short, I highly recommend this restaurant!

01/02/2026: The meal was relatively good. The servers take a while to serve you. I was supposed to have crème brûlée for dessert, but unfortunately, the blowtorch was broken (I was only told this when dessert arrived). I asked for cheesecake instead, which was available on a lower-priced menu, but they didn't have that either... In short, I'm a little disappointed.
31/01/2026: Perfect from start to finish. Everything is homemade and delicious, and the service is impeccable. Unbeatable value for money.
