L'Emile Brochettes sur Chalon-Sur-Saone

Okay, perhaps a little too "trendy" in the names and composition of the dishes to be truly excellent. The wine selection is great for the price range. I happily return regularly.

A real gem! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Passing through Chalon for the week, I discovered L'Émile Brochettes on the recommendation of a local… and what a wonderful surprise! Everything is perfect: delicious, flavorful, and generous cuisine, a superb setting (the cave dining room alone is worth the trip), and above all, a warm welcome. The owner is a true ray of sunshine, and the entire team is attentive from start to finish. Special mention goes to the creamy carrot soup that accompanies the skewers: absolutely divine! The skewers are perfectly cooked, the homemade fries are generous, and the salmon poke bowl and the Camembert skewers are also worth trying. This is a place you absolutely must try… because once you try it, you'll be hooked! I will gladly return on my next trip to the region! 🤩

Great place! A must-visit in Chalon-sur-Saône! A true classic! Excellent after-dinner drink!

The quality has dropped considerably, which is a shame. We won't be back. However, I've never seen a wine list like yours.

Good food, pleasant service and setting, all the staff are efficient and the dishes are delicious.

Great restaurant! The food is good, the setting is lovely, and the staff is very friendly! We had a great time and a delicious meal. The menu is varied yet high-quality (for me: salmon skewers, seasonal vegetable gazpacho, rice, and salad). There are dishes to suit all tastes: meats, burgers, composed bowls, salads, a choice of sides including rice, vegetables, or fries, and vegetarian and vegan options! The prices are reasonable!

Excellent. Highly recommended. Friendly staff. And delicious food. ++++

Passing through Chalon-sur-Saône by chance, we stopped and enjoyed the setting, the atmosphere, and the concept. The meat is excellent. A place to remember.

Excellent service with friendly staff, and quick without being rushed, in short, a great place!

Excellent food. Pleasant service and a very nice atmosphere. Highly recommended, a great place in Chalon with good value for money. Special mention for the children's menus.
