This is the second time we've had lunch at L'Empire du 8e. It's a friendly place, and the food is always a treat. The prices are reasonable and consistent. A special shout-out to Madame Laetitia, the head waitress, who served us both times. A big thank you—we really appreciated the service. And let's not forget head chef Edouard and his assistant—the food was delicious. We'll be back when they reopen on September 9. Second time we've had lunch at L'Empire du 8e. A very good restaurant with very friendly and attentive service! The restaurant will be renovated soon. I didn't immediately notice the slightly dated "leopard print" carpet. But we were more impressed by the good food and the very friendly service. We'll definitely be back!

I celebrated my birthday with my friend. The dining room is beautiful, the food is delicious (especially the Pavlova dessert). I've never tasted anything so delicious. It was a great atmosphere. The waitress who worked May 6th (you're simply amazing). Thank you to this place 🌹

We randomly picked this restaurant on a trip to Paris. So pleasantly surprised. The service was outstanding, our waiter was kind, attentive, patient and spoke English. The food was excellent. Get the French Onion soup! Next time I'm in Paris, I'll return!

A truly wonderful restaurant in an ideal location. The food was flawless: the foie gras starter and the duckling main course were delicious. The service was professional and on par with the excellent food. One point to note: the napkins need to be cleaned properly, as they were stained.

What a delightful surprise this restaurant was! We enjoyed Angus beef and a lamb chop dish, served by the very friendly and professional Laetitia. Their meat was delicious and cooked to perfection, but the desserts were also incredible (especially the buckwheat one). Special mention goes to the Cointreau/amaretto/pineapple digestif and their wine selection (Angelus, Angelus' second wine, Petrus, etc.). We loved the current ambiance and decor.
