Restaurant Hélia sur Paris

26/08/2026: ★★★★★ A truly wonderful discovery that elegantly challenges everything we thought we knew about Greek cuisine in Paris. At Avievane, Greece is presented in a different way: with finesse, generosity, and a genuine exploration of flavors. Refined, sincere cuisine with perfectly balanced and subtle tastes—the kind that linger in the memory. All this in a warm and elegant setting, where you feel welcomed with rare simplicity. A special mention goes to Brahim, whose welcome, kindness, and attentiveness made this moment even more enjoyable. And above all, a truly delightful surprise: discovering that he taught himself Greek and hearing him speak it with such ease and grace is truly admirable. Συγχαρητήρια, Μπραΐμ! Evy Evan is much more than just an excellent Greek restaurant: it's a unique experience, a certain vision of Greece—contemporary, elegant, and profoundly authentic. A precious gem, one you leave wanting to return. 🇬🇷✨
