I came with a group of friends for dinner on a Saturday night and we queued for a while which seems to be normal. Very busy but had staff organising people in table by table. The staff were friendly and professional and the service was pretty quick and well sectioned once inside despite being very busy. The food, drinks and dessert were all very good. Although the steaks we ordered at different doneness levels they did all seem to be cooked quite the same and quite rare. But we were all still pleased with the food and it was all delicious. Due to the high intensity of customers and fast paced service I did notice the restaurant was quite messy but overall the experience was good and I would come back :)

The people behind this place must be geniuses. Impossible to book in advance there's a line outside every day it's open. Wait is approximately 30mins from queuing until seated.
They only got one item on the menu: steak and fries. Zero vegetarian or vegan options. Steak was good but unimpressive. Would wish for more options in the menu.
Being very busy, staff isn't really into each table but want to quickly take your order and move on. Feels more like a McDonald's than a steakhouse. (It's good, but all in due time)
Won't come again, but would still recommend one visit for those who haven't been.

After waiting in the cold for a long time it was great to finally try the food at this place.
Menu is simple: meat, fries, salad, a selection of drinks.
The food was good, but the meat portion was tiny. If it wasn't for the fries you are definitely getting out hungry.
However, it was reasonably priced.
Service is world class.
Worth the wait? Maybe.

Excellent as usual. We're regulars at L'Entrecôte restaurants.
The service was incredibly good, special mention to our waiter Hugo who was very friendly and professional.
Hugo certainly has a bright future in the restaurant industry.

I'd been here several times when I lived in Lyon three years ago, and I'm disappointed. The amount of meat has decreased significantly. They leave a little bit on the plate, just to give the impression that we're having seconds, but that's it. There's also less sauce than before.
The fries, however, are still just as good.
As for the service, the staff wasn't very pleasant or smiling, which is a shame. I'm not sure I'll be back.
