A little slice of Quebec in Paris. The owner is welcoming and the cozy atmosphere is very pleasant, especially after walking down the bustling Rue Mouffetard. Plus, the beers are good. Especially the maple syrup one. I'd never tried it before. The sweet aftertaste reduces the usual bitterness of the drink. I'll be back as soon as I can!

24/01/2025: I ate really well in this charming French restaurant. The cuisine is of very good quality with very affordable prices! We feel the quality of the products and the homemade quality. I was made very welcome and the staff were friendly, competent and humorous. Frankly, the bad comments are not justified for my part.
14/01/2025: I am coming back (from Alsace) for the second time to this charming little restaurant. The welcome is always as friendly, the place is very friendly and the dishes are as good as ever! Well done and thank you 🙏

16/12/2024: Absolutely loved this bar. Was lucky enough to have Adrienne as my bartender and was blown away by his service, technique and friendliness. Would highly recommend Bar Nouveau to anyone in Paris and I will definitely be back on my next trip.
