We tried the Léon de Bruxelles in Épinal and had a mixed experience. The atmosphere is rather dull, and the decor, which is aging, could do with a bit of a refresh to bring some warmth back to the room. Regarding the food, we ordered mussels with various sauces, which unfortunately lacked flavor. The fries, on the other hand, were tough and dry—it's hard to say if this was due to the cooking or the quality of the fries themselves. However, the welcome and service were impeccable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very pleasant throughout the meal, which largely contributed to making the experience more enjoyable despite the disappointments in the food. In short, the service was good, but the food and setting could be improved.

Good food. However, they didn't offer me a bill even though it cost me 224 euros. I would have liked to have been able to check my bill!
